- Other nice things -
When you’re sitting on something and your feet don’t touch the ground, and they kinda dangle and you swing them around like a kid.
When you’re driving and there’s that little bit of warm sun on your leg.
When you’re wrapping a gift for someone, and you know it will mean a lot to them.
Warm nights looking at the stars while laying on top of your car with the perfect song.
When you get the part in the book where you’re so sucked you aren’t really conscious that you’re reading at all.
That first like, really nice day of Spring.
When a dog rests their nose on your leg and looks up at you.
The way your best friends’
childhood homes smell.
When you’re in a warm bar on a cold night, and someone opens the door and that cold little breeze hits just your feet.
When you really get into that “flow state” while working on something.
When you’re climbing, hiking, canyoneering and everyone does the yipping/howling thing.
When the band plays your
favorite song at the show.
Having those “Helmet Therapy” sessions while riding a motorcycle.
The sound of rain on a tent or tin roof.
Riding a bicycle in the sun with a warm breeze.
Cooking a special meal for someone.
When you’re riding a motorcycle and you hit a little pocket of an amazing smell, or a warm pocket of air on a cool night.
That little shiver thing that
happens during those certain songs.
Wearing a super soft hoodie
without a shirt on underneath.
When you meet with a friend and time doesn’t really exist, and you realize you were at the same bar for 4+ hours.
When you’re crawling into your sleeping bag after a really memorable day, knowing that you’ll never forget it.
The perfect temperature sip of coffee.
When you go to bed at camp but can hear your friends/family still chatting but it’s kinda that muted voices sound, but they sound happy.
